M. Joanne Jeffers, 77, of Circleville, passed away Friday, February 26, 2010 at her residence. She was born August 28, 1932 in Vinton County, daughter of the late Charles Bernard Bighouse and Sylvia Pearl Collins. Joanne was married to Harlan Woodrow Jeffers, who survives.
She retired from Toledo Scale and was a member of Community Christ Church in Worthington.
In addition to her husband, Joanne is survived by a son, Matthew (Tracy) Jeffers and a grandson, Zachery Jeffers, all of Columbus.
Funeral services will be held 2 P.M., Wednesday, March 3, 2010 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur. Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 6-8 P.M.
