Haley Stevelt-Mitchell, infant daughter of Chad and Kristy Stevelt-Mitchell of Logan, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Children's Hospital in Columbus. She was born September 10, 2009 in Columbus.
In addition to her parents, Haley is survived by her maternal grandparents, Kim and Linda Stevelt of Logan; paternal grandparents, Diane Lee of Lodi, Wisconsin and Charles Mitchell and Beatriz Somoza of Portage, Wisconsin; great grandparents, Inger Stevelt of Logan, Gerry McMillan of Wooster and Robert and Mary Lee of Lodi, Wisconsin; aunts and uncles, Kelly Stevelt of Columbus, Adrian (Andrea) Mitchell of Manhattan, Kansas and Melissa (John) Marshall of Ogden, Utah; cousins, Ryan Mitchell and Kylee Marshall; three dogs, Ruby, Bianca and Tucker and two cats, Farrah and Forrest.
Funeral services will be held 11 A.M., Wednesday, March 3, 2010 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Chaplain Kamil Cak officiating. Interment will be in Morris Chapel Cemetery, Hocking County. No visitation will be held.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hocking County Children Services, 93 W. Hunter St., Logan, Ohio 43138.
